Jane Elizabeth Graves

Jane Elizabeth Graves (Bailey), age 72, of Knoxville, Tennessee, peacefully went to be with the Lord in her home on February 25th, 2023 after a lengthy illness. Jane Graves was born in Knoxville, Tennessee. She was preceded in death by her parents, William and Mary Bailey. She is survived by her husband of 53 years, David A. Graves; her three children, William Graves, Amy Hunley (Lynn Hunley), and Brian Graves (Renee Graves); Her seven grandchildren; two great grandchildren; and sister. Patricia Rimmer (Rev. Jerry Rimmer). She was of the baptist faith, saved and baptized at the age of 9 years old and walked with the Lord ever since. She was a loving wife, mother, and grandmother. She always put the needs of others before her own and will be deeply missed by all who knew her. The family will receive friends from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM Saturday, March 4, 2023 at Mynatt Funeral Home, Halls Chapel with a funeral service to follow at 4:00 PM. Dr. Jerry Rimmer,Sr. and Reverend Michael Parsley officiating. The family and friends will meet by 1:30 PM Sunday, March 5, 2023 at Mynatt Funeral Home, Halls Chapel and proceed to Sharon Baptist Church Cemetery for a 2:00 PM Interment service.
