Jamison Lucas "Luke" Sherrod

Jamison Lucas Sherrod, age 27, of Strawberry Plains, passed away Saturday, November 15, 2025. He was a member of New Harvest Church of God. Luke was employed at Sherrod Signs.

Preceded in death by grandparents, Kay Sherrod and Albert Stephenson.

Survived by mother, Angela Ramsey (Steve); father, Jamie Sherrod; grandparents, Vivian Stephenson and Jim Sherrod; sister, Cierra Sherrod; niece, Sophia Bell; nephew, Aibram Stair; cousins, Courtlyn Collier, Cruze Damewood, Hunter and Ashton Price, Tyler Brown, Brice Brown, and Kandyce Price; aunt and uncles, Karen and Ron Collier and Tim Price; and special friends, Shelena Hamilton, Jason Hamilton, Sharlene Ogle, Stacy McCarter, Devan Pratt, Ridge King, Joseph Norton, Cody Stair, Peyton Bates, Tyler Gentry, Denver Smith, Bobby Howard, and Tyler Gorman.

The family will receive friends from 11am-12pm Thursday, November 20, 2025 with a funeral service to follow at 12pm at Mynatt Funeral Home, Fountain City Chapel. Procession will follow to Trentville Cemetery for internment. Pastor Jeff Wallace will officiate. In lieu of flowers, please make donations to Mynatt Funeral Home to help with funeral expenses.
