James Ralph “Jimmy” Tullock III passed away January 15, 2019. Jimmy had a passion for building and repairing bicyles. He loved to sing and play the guitar. Preceded in death by parents James Ralph Tullock II and Mary Louise White Tullock; brother Richard Clements.
