James “Mitch” Mitchell, age 65 of Knoxville, went home to be with the Lord on December 20, 2023. He loved fishing, the mountains, and being outdoors. Preceded in death by his mother; Betty Philips. Survived by wife; Melissa Mitchell, daughters; Stephanie (Amber) Mitchell, Tiffany (Josh) Ault, grandchildren; Jayden and Kylie Daniels, Mackenzie and Hallie Ault, sister-in-law; Kathy Watkins, niece; Chesney Cooper.
