James L. Welch

James L. Welch, Sr., born September 20, 1938, received his heavenly wings on September 17, 2013. He was retired from Rohm-Haas after 38 years of service. Preceded in death by mother, Rozella Kirby; father, Elmer Brabston; half sister, Georgia Calhoon. Survived by wife, Joyce Key Welch; children, James L. Welch, Jr., Barbara (Ron) Wicks, Kelly Ogle; step children, Craig Hardin, Teena Waggoner, Niki Booker; grandchildren, Nick, Josh, Emily, and Alyssa Ogle, Danielle Hardin, Taylor and Logan Waggoner, Schylar Hardin, Shelby and Shyanne Booker, Misty Colwell and Matt Hensley; great grandchildren, Noah, Isaiah, Alanna, Liam, and Gavin; father-in-law and mother-in-law, H.N. and Louise Key; brother-in-law and sister-in-law, Jerry and Terry Key; beloved cousins, Walter and Jane Welch.
