James "Jim" Eugene Valiquette

James "Jim" Eugene Valiquette age 85 of Fountain City, passed away Sunday, November 2, 2025 from complications of bile duct cancer at his home with his wife by his side.  Jim will be remembered as a master craftsman cabinet maker.  Jim loved his woodworking shop and he was an avid reader.  Jim was preceded in death by his parents; Helen and Charles Valiquette; beloved daughter, Michelle.  Survivors; wife and the love of his life, Cartha Lynn Turner; daughter, Jacque; son, Jim (Sannie); step-daughter, Edie (Kelly); 4 grandchildren; 7 great-grandchildren.  All services were private.  In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Buffat Heights Baptist Church Missions  2800 Mill Road Knoxville, TN 37924.  Condolences may be expressed at www.mynattfh.com.
