James E. Capps

James E. Capps, age 74 of Knoxville, passed away December 27, 2020. He was a loving, caring person who loved UT Football. He is preceded in death by brother Roger Capps, and sister Sherry Vittatoe. He leaves behind his wife Mary Capps, daughters; Wendy Gideon and Kelly Gideon, and grandchildren; Brandon Nance, Jr., Madison Gideon, Isaiah Covington, Jonah Covington, and Wiley Covington.
