James Caswell Howard

James C. Howard age 78, of Knoxville, passed to his Eternal home on Sunday, September 22, 2024. He was the youngest son of the late Ila Lucille Denton and Theodore Howard. Also preceded in death by his four sisters: Mary Lee Cockrum, Martha Sue England, Barbara Jean Thornburgh, and Doris Ann McCarter. He is survived by his brother, Charles Edward Howard, sisters, Rose Marie Clevenger and Nina Lou Vogel, several cousins, and many nieces and nephews.

Family and friends will meet at 1:45pm Wednesday, October 2, 2024, at East Tennessee State Veterans Cemetery (John Sevier Hwy) for a 2:00 pm graveside service officiated by Chaplain Ron Naugle.
