Jacquelyn Caldwell Lonas

Jacquelyn Caldwell Lonas, born January 6, 1950, passed away at her home on January 20, 2025. She was preceded in death by her parents, Charles and Geneva Caldwell; brother, Ralph; sisters, Virginia and Betty; niece, Darlene Miller; and nephew, Reverend Mark Caldwell.

Jackie is survived by her husband of 52 years, Phil; son, Gregg (Erin); grandchildren, Madeline Lonas, Tony Bertrand, Mallory Bertrand-Lee (Josh); sister, Judy Caldwell Brooks; great-grandchildren, Lillian and Ryder; many nieces and nephews; and dear friends, Sue and Darla.

The family will receive friends on Wednesday, January 22, 2025, from 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. at Mynatt Funeral Home, Halls Chapel. A funeral service will follow at 1:00 p.m. Family and guests will then travel in procession to Fort Sumter Cemetery for a 2:00 p.m. burial.
