Howard Ray Lumpkin, II

Howard R. Lumpkin, age 58, of Knoxville Tennessee, passed away in his sleep on September 14, 2023.

Preceded in death his mother, Jo Ann Lumpkin.

Howard is survived by his children whom he loved dearly, Heather Lumpkin, Howard Ray Lumpkin, III and Lyndsey Lumpkin and Leo Lumpkin; grandchildren, Logan and Athena Lumpkin; father, Howard R. Lumpkin, I,; sister, Glynda Goosie, brother, Billy Lumpkin and family, sister Daniel Lysh and family; uncle, Benton Lumpkin; former wife and high school sweetheart of 33 years, Rhonda Lumpkin.

Howard enjoyed talking to people about random things. He never meet a stranger. Howard had the ability to always make you laugh when you were having a bad day. He knew how to brighten the room. Howard had so much love in his heart to give.

The family will recieve friends on Thursday, September 28, 2023 from 5:00-7:00 PM at Mynatt Funeral Home, Halls Chapel with a celebration of life service to follow.  Online condolences may be left at www.mynattfh.com
