Horace E. Mcbee

Horace E. McBee Jr., age 81 of Powell passed away March 23, 2013. Junior was a loving and devoted husband and father. He was of the Baptist faith. Preceded in death by father, Horace McBee Sr.; mother, Trula McBee; step mother, Recie McBee; son, Allen McBee; brothers, Paul and Freddie McBee. Survived by loving wife of 61 years, Beatrice McBee; sons, Gary (Gail) McBee and Terry (Susie) McBee; daughter, Cathy Chamberlain; grandchildren, Michelle Vaulton, Kelly McBee, Lacey Stout, Melissa Muncey, Jessica Hooper, Brandy Shaffer, Lucas and Matthew McBee, Brooke and McKenzie McBee; also 12 great grandchildren; sisters, Evelyn (Charles) Greer and Ruth White; brother and sister-in-laws, Harvey Warick, Lena Warick and Louise McBee; also several nieces and nephews. The family will receive friends 5:00-7:00 pm, Sunday, March 24, at Mynatt Funeral Home Halls Chapel with service to follow, Pastors L.B. Herrell and Henry Greer officiating. Family and friends will meet 11:45 am, Monday, at East View Memorial Gardens for a 12:00 noon interment.
