Harry Steven George

Harry Steven George age 80, of Knoxville, passed away on Wednesday, November 5, 2025. He was a faithful member of Salem Baptist Church. Harry was a graduate of Halls High School Class of 1963. He went on to serve his country in the Air National Guard and retired after 20+ years.

Harry was preceded in death by his parents, Claude and Ruth George, and brother, Tom George. He is survived by his loving wife, Lee George, son, Steven (Dawn) George, daughter, Amanda Ray, grandchildren, Riley and Zach George, brother, Dick George, nieces, Lori and Jill, and great-nieces, Abby and Sarah Nelson.

The family will receive friends Thursday, November 13, 2025, from 5:00-7:00 PM at Mynatt Funeral Home, Halls Chapel, followed by a 7:00 PM funeral service.
