Gracie Lennore Nicely

Gracie Lennore Nicely, age 92, of Knoxville, passed away peacefully September 16, 2023. She was a member of Grace Baptist Church. She is preceded in death by her loving husband of 66 years, Hubert Nicely, and son Stevie Nicely, parents Willie & Mollie Brown, brothers, Lon, Neal, Wayne, and Glen Brown, sister, Cleo Nicely, great-grandson Hunter Cole Richard. She is survived by her daughter Cathy (Donnie) Wolfenbarger, daughter-in-law, Betty Sue Nicely, and special sister Gloria Jean Dyer (Sam), and brother Howard Brown, grandchildren Amanda Lovin, Nicole Nicely, Alicia Nicely, Stacey Clay, Adam Wolfenbarger, and Renee Hubbard. Gracie was blessed with several great-grandchildren, great-great grandchildren, nieces, nephews, and a host of family and friends. Special thanks to Darlene Suffridge and TRI State Health Rehabilitation Center in Harrogate for loving and caring for her. Family will receive friends on Wednesday, September 20, 2023, from 5:00pm until time of funeral service at 7:00pm at Mynatt Funeral Home Fountain City Chapel with Rev. Richard Nicely officiating. Family and friends will meet on Thursday, September 21, 2023, at 10:45 am at Boruff Cemetery for an 11:00 am graveside service. Condolences can be left for the family at www.mynattfh.com
