Glenda Joann Lyon

Glenda Joann Disney Lyon of Knoxville, TN passed away Monday, March 10, 2025. Glenda passed away surrounded by her family. Glenda was born on September 25, 1958, in Americus, Georgia to Glen and Loretta Embry Disney. Glenda traveled the world for many years with her job in tech sales with IBM. She made so many amazing friends along the way. She had too many favorite places to name but some that come to mind are Italy, Singapore and Malaysia. She is survived by her sister, Brenda Disney Beal; brother-in-law, John D. Beal III; her niece, Andrea B Perry and Andrea’s husband Timothy; her nephew, Joshua G. Raby and his wife Haley; and her nephew, Braden Beal. She was preceded in death by her loving parents Glen and Loretta Disney; and her sister Melinda D. Disney. She will be extremely missed by all who knew her.
