Gerald Wayne Dawson age 65, of Knoxville, passed away on Tuesday, January 30, 2024. He was a member of Lakeview Baptist Church, where he served as the treasurer. He was preceded in death by his parents, Bill and Imogene Dawson. He is survived by his wife, Jamie Dawson, son, Jordan (Tiffany) Dawson, grandchildren, Lydia Clemons and Truett Dawson, and special friends, Al and Melanie Loveday, & chosen family, the Snells. Family and friends will meet at 10:45 am Monday, February 5, 2024 at Lynnhurst Cemetery for an 11:00 am graveside service officiated by Rev. Jacob Brooks and Pastor Jeremy Guider.
