Georgia Lee Surrett

Georgia Lee Surrett, age 88 of Knoxville, TN passed away on December 6,2025. She was preceded in death by her son Danny Lynn Hobby. She was survived by her daughters Sherry Fox Sellers (Greg), Annie Gerard (Mike), Kimberly Braden, sons Brian Mitchell, Robby Hobby (Meg), Jodie Jones (Pat), sister Bobbie Mynatt. She had many grandchildren and great grandchildren that will miss her dearly. The family would like to give a special thanks to Derek Hobby for all of his love and support. Family will receive friends on Thursday, December 11, 2025, from 5:00 pm - 7:00 pm at Mynatt Funeral Home, Fountain City Chapel, with a service at 7:00 pm officiated by Rev. Ron Mouser. Family and friends will meet at East Tennessee Veterans Cemetery in Lyons View on Friday, December 12, 2025, at 12:45 pm for a 1:00 pm interment. Condolences can be made at www.mynattfh.com.
