Georgia Mae Byrd

Georgia Mae Byrd, age 89 of Knoxville, TN passed away on June 19, 2026. She was preceded in death by her husband, Arthur Kelly Byrd Jr., sons, Phillip Craig Taylor and Mark Samuel Taylor. She is survived by her daughter, Jill (Jim) Racek, sons, Michael (Donna) Taylor and Allen (Elaine) Taylor, sisters, Hazel, Faye, Linda, Debbie, Lucredia, and Kathy Gail, brothers, Roger, Gerald, and Ricky, grandchildren, Kelly, Nicholas, Shoshanah, Jason, and Billy, great-grandchildren, Phillip and Audrey, sister and bother-in-law, Mary Ellen and Ervin, and special niece, Tammy. She also leaves behind a host of family friends who loved her dearly. Family will receive friends on Monday, June 22, 2026 from 5:00pm - 7:00pm at Mynatt Funeral Home Fountain City Chapel.
