August 9, 1935 — April 30, 2026
Freda Mae (Larue) Bryant age 90, of the Halls community, went to her Heavenly home on the afternoon of Thursday, April 30. 2026, surrounded by her family. She was a member of Pleasant Hill Baptist Church. Her greatest accomplishment was raising her seven children.
Freda was preceded in death by her parents, Ross and Hazel Larue; husband George T. Bryant; and daughters, Judy Faye Hemphill and Karen Sue Lowery.
Survivors are her children, Vernon Bryant, Linda Darlene Reynolds, Deborah Kaye Ivey. George T. Bryant, Jr. and Ross Samuel Bryant; and special son-in-law, Charlie Hemphill
The family will receive friends on Monday, May 4, 2026, from 5:00-7:00 PM at Mynatt Funeral Home, Halls Chapel with a funeral service to follow officiated by Charlie Reynolds. Family and friends will meet at 12:45 PM at Lynnhurst Cemetery on Tuesday, May 5, 2026, for a 1:00 PM graveside service. An online obituary may be viewed, and condolences made at www.mynattfh.com.
