Frank Alan Wood, Jr.

Frank Alan Wood, age 72 of Knoxville, passed away September 1, 2024. He attended Halls High School and was a former member of Central Baptist Church and Christ United Methodist Church. He was a current member of Halls Baptist Church. He will be remembered as a loving, good-hearted, and faithful husband, father, friend, and follower of God. Preceded in death by parents Frank Junior and Emma Ruth Wood. Survived by wife Kathy Nguyen (Wood) (Ngoc, Nhu Nguyen), step-son Peter Nguyen (Hoan, Thanh Nguyen). Family will receive friends 1:00-3:00pm Sunday, September 8, 2024, at Mynatt Funeral Home, Halls Chapel. Family and friends will meet at 10:45am Monday, September 9, 2024, at Lynnhurst Cemetery for an 11:00am graveside service, Pastor Timothy Gupton officiating.
