Frank Ted Elkins

Frank Ted Elkins, age 92, passed away on March 12, 2018. He was a member of Valley Grove Baptist Church in Union County. He was a veteran of the United States Navy during WW2 on the USS Siboney CVE-112. He was preceded in death by parents Charlie and Dolphia Elkins and sister, Hazel Pickel. He is survived by wife, Clara Elkins; twin brother, Jesse Elkins; brother, Weyman Elkins; several nieces and one nephew. The family will receive friends on Thursday, March 15th from 12-1pm at Mynatt Funeral Home Halls Chapel with a service to follow.
