Frank Dean Meadows

Frank Dean Meadows of Sevierville, Tennessee formerly of Columbus, Ohio passed away Friday, June 20, 2025, at the age of 86. 

He was a lifelong railroad man who retired from CSX railroad after 37 years. He then worked as a train conductor at Dollywood Amusement Park for another 15 years.

Frank was preceded in death by his wife Margaret; his parents Lee and Ruby Jewel Meadows; adoptive parents Rex and Lena Bayes; grandsons Jacob and Jordan Bough; stepson Doug Colley; step grandson Robert “Eddie” Colley; nephew Charlie Miller; brothers Wayne Stanbaugh and Donald Harrington; sisters Bette Renwick and Trina Blankenship.

Mindy Perez Meadows (Isaias Perez)

Grandchildren: Rachel (Raymond) Tomshack, Aaron (Brittany) Meadows, David (Aline) Bushway, Ozzie (Amber) Bushway, Daniel Davis, Jason Davis, Alex Meadows, Lee Meadows, Joshua Bough

Step Children: Margaret Colley, JT Colley

Step Grandchildren: Joseph Colley, Scott Swegheimer, Ashley Colley

Brother: Edward Meadows

Sister: Cheryl Cummings

9 great-grandchildren and 2 step great-grandchildren, several nieces and nephews

Memorials may be made to the donor’s choice.

As per Frank’s request there will be no services. Burial will be at Everman Cemetery in Gregoryville, Kentucky.
