Frances Hazel McCurry

Frances Hazel McCurry went home to Heaven -Tuesday, December 19, 2023. She was a lifelong member of Texas Valley Baptist Church, where she taught Sunday school for many years and loved singing the Praises of God. Preceded in death by the love of her life, husband Ben David McCurry. Father and mother, Hugh and Cecil Owenby.  Siblings: Luther, Mick, Lilian, Agnes, Eva and Claudia and Robert "Pepsi" Owenby. Survived by children: David (RaeAnn) McCurry, Tammy (Dennis) White, Ginger (Todd) Emory, Beverly McCurry, and Daniel McCurry. Grandsons; Ben and Joe McCurry, Cannon and Colton Emory, Parker and Grady McCurry. Granddaughters; Rachel and Holly White and Judy Kirkland; siblings: Burble, Carson, Johnny, Deloris, Beulah, Lola, and Vicki. If you knew Frances, you would always hear her say, “I love you, but Jesus loves you more, AMEN”! Friends may call at their convenience from 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM Friday, December 22, 2023, at Mynatt Funeral Home, Halls Chapel.
