Floyd Carl Gideon, age 87 of Corryton, passed away May 15, 2024. He was of the Baptist faith. Preceded in death by wife Claudette Gideon, parents Kermit and Stella Gideon, brothers Fred and Ancil Gideon, sisters Ruth Brown and Betty Gideon. Survived by sons Floyd “Dan” and wife Brenda Gideon and Lloyd Gideon, grandchildren Keith Gideon, Cody Gideon, Kevin Gideon, Rachel Gideon, great-grandchildren Hollie Gideon, Megan Monahan, Piper, Zeke, and Anders Gideon, siblings Milas “Don” Gideon, Chief Gideon, Donnie Gideon, Connie Grable. Family will receive friends 5:00-7:00pm Saturday, May 18, 2024, at Mynatt Funeral Home, Halls Chapel.
