Floyd Lee Edmonds, age 82, passed away on Monday, October 30, 2023. He was of the Pentecostal faith.
He is preceded in death by wife of 47 years, Elizabeth Edmonds; son, Christopher Edmonds; parents, Oliver and Rosie Edmonds; siblings, Loretta Twardoski, Arthea Edmonds, Eileen Smith, Thurston Smith and L.R. Smith.
He is survived by children, Anthony Edmonds (Amanda) and Alicia Davis (Robbie); grandchildren, Robert Davis, David Davis and Anthony Lee Edmonds II; cousin, Glenda Summey; several other nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.
Family will receive friends for visitation on Friday, November 3, 2023, from 5:00pm until time of funeral service at 7:00pm at Mynatt Funeral Home Fountain City Chapel with Eddie Pruitt officiating. Family and friends will meet on Saturday, November 4, 2023 at 10:45am at Island Ford Baptist Church Cemetery for an 11:00am graveside service.
