Elizabeth (Liz) Ann Carmon

Elizabeth “Liz” Ann Carmon, age 71 of Corryton, TN, passed peacefully away at her home on May 13, 2024. Liz was a generous woman of many talents, full of laughter and a passion for life. She was a loving sister, an adoring aunt, a selfless caregiver, and a shining light to all whose lives she touched. She was a member of Branville Baptist Church. She was preceded in death by her parents, Roy and Hallie Carmon; sister, Claudette Gideon; and brothers, W.L., David and Kenneth Carmon. She is survived by sisters, Oneida Godfrey, Patsy Howard, and Tammy Alley (Mike); brother, Jeff Carmon (Shana); aunt, Edna West; and several nieces, nephews, and great-nieces and nephews. The family will receive friends at on Tuesday, May 21, 2024, from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at Mynatt Funeral Home, Halls Chapel with an informal celebration of life service to follow.
