Elaine Celeste Underwood, age 66, of Knoxville, TN went to be with her Lord and Savior on March 27, 2024. She was a devoted grandmother, and her grandchildren were her joy.
Preceded in death by her parents David H. and Eva Underwood; brother Phillip H. Underwood; Ex Husband John “Big Ed” Hawkins.
Survived by Brother, David Underwood; sister Gail Underwood West (James); children Stephanie Reagan (Ben), Jolie Hawkins, Lori Hawkins, Joshua Hawkins; grandchildren, Benjamin Reagan, Arianna Reagan, Jacob Crain, Lauriston Devonish, Erin Valentine, E.J. Valentine, Destiny Hawkins, Trinity Hawkins, Noah Hawkins, and Livia Clark; special cousins, Sherry Ferrell, Shannon Arington, Scott Neil, Becka Neil, Scotty Neil, Ashlee Neil, Richard Phillips and their children; lifelong friend Debbie Anderson. She will be greatly missed.
The family will receive friends and family on Thursday, April 4, 2024 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM with a service to follow at 6:00 PM officiated by Rev. Jonathan Tharpe. Online condolences may be expressed at myanttfh.com.
