Edna L. Rutherford

Edna L. Rutherford, age 79, of Andersonville, passed away Thursday, November 16, 2023. She was a member of Zion Hill Baptist Church. Edna loved spending time with her grandchildren, great-grandchildren, going to church, reading, working outside and going to the beach. She was preceded in death by her husband, Kyle Rutherford; daughter, Lucille Rutherford; granddaughter, Erin Kuykendall, parents, Willard and Lorene Elliott. Edna is survived by her daughters and sons in law, Tammy and Tim Ogle, Debbie and Mike Butturini; son, Jeff Rutherford; grandchildren, Robbie, Amanda, Hannah, Rachel; great-grandchildren, Taygan, Lakin, Zachary, Peyton, Adeline, Eric and Elizabeth; three sisters, Shirley Wilkerson, Judy Hamock, Sue White and one brother, Jerry Elliott and a host of nieces, nephews and friends. The family will receive friends from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM Saturday, November 18, 2023 at Mynatt Funeral Home, Halls Chapel with a funeral service to follow at 7:00 PM. Reverend Charlie Tindell officiating. Family and friends will meet 1:30 PM Sunday, November 19, 2023 at Zion Hill Baptist Church Cemetery for an interment service.
