Earl Crosland

Earl “Bunky” Crosland of Corryton, age 82 passed away June 17, 2022. Earl was born in Long Beach, CA. He graduated from Central High School, where he was co-captain of the 1956 football team and a three-year starter. He attended the East Mississippi Jr College and the University of Tennessee. He served in the U.S. Army as a military policeman. He retired as a police officer in Los Angeles, CA. before moving back to Knoxville. He is preceded in death by his son; Danny Crosland and loving mother and father; Ben and Eloise Crosland. He is survived by his wife; Linda, sons; Michael and Craig Crosland, grandchildren; Caleb, Elijah, and Vedi, and sister; Cheryl Ann Armstrong. His family will receive friends on Saturday, June 25, 2022, from 2:00pm-4:00pm at Mynatt Funeral Home Fountain City Chapel.
