Donna Kaye Walker

Donna Kaye Walker, born on January 29, 1959, in Knoxville, TN, peacefully passed away on August, 25, 2024, surrounded by her loving family. She was 65 years old.

Donna was a devoted mother, grandmother and woman of deep Christian faith. Her life was a testament to love, kindness and unwavering dedication to her family. She was predeceased by her loving husband of 28 years, Jackie Walker; her sons, Bryan Dyer and Thomas Huck; and by her mother, father, sisters and brothers, all of whom she cherished deeply. 

She is survived by her son, Jackie Walker (April); daughter, Lucinda Hurst (Dougie); grandsons, Aaron Dyer (Tori), Zach Dyer (Lani) and Kaiden Carr; granddaughters, Ariona Scharf (Trent), Jaliee Hurst, Destiny Walker (Isiah) and Ella Dyer; great-granddaughter, Tavaya; and many nieces, nephews, friends and neighbors.

Donna’s legacy continues to live on through the many lives she touched with her gentle spirit and compassionate heart. Everyone who knew her was blessed by the depth of her love, and she will be dearly missed by but fondly remembered by her surviving family and friends. They take comfort in knowing she is now at peace, reunited with those she loved in heaven. We love you more than Raingos!

The family will receive friends on Tuesday, August 27, 2024, from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM with a funeral service to follow at Mynatt Funeral Home, Fountain City Chapel.  Burial will take place on Wednesday, August 28, 2024 at 1:00 PM at Roseberry Cemetery, (2920 Roseberry Rd Mascot, TN. 37806).
