Donna Rader Fox, age 75, of Knoxville, passed away on October 13, 2026, at her home.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Jerry; parents, Hazel and Raymond Defoe; birth father, Roy, who was killed in combat when she was only 8 months old; daughter, Melissa Renee Fox; sister, Sarah Cicale; brother, Junior Defoe; brother-in-law, Jim Fox; sister-in-law, Mary Lawson; mother of her grandchild, Paige Scarlett Lamb.

Donna is survived by her son, Jeremy Fox; grandsons, Braiden Lamb, Jordan Fox, and David Austin Stokely; granddaughter, Kaitlyn Stokely; brother, Joseph Defoe; brother and sister-in-law, Allen and Regina Fox; sister-in-law, Helen Fox; nieces, Stacey Cicale, Brittany Cicale (Chris Boley), Autumn Defoe, and Veronica Defoe; nephews, Steven Cicale (Nicole), Douglas Defoe, Phillip Defoe, David Defoe, and Tim Lawson; and a cousin, Lisa Cupp (Sammy).

A Memorial Service for Donna will take place at a later date. She will be laid to rest next to her husband and daughter at French Broad Community Church Cemetery in Dandridge, TN.
