Dinah Faye Blondell, age 73, entered into the loving arms of her Lord and Savior Jesus Christ, whose presence she cherished throughout her life on February 2, 2026. Her unwavering Christian faith guided her steps, shaped her heart, and brought comfort to all who knew her.
Dinah was preceded in death by her father, James Whittaker; her mother, Lillian Billips; and her beloved husband, Gary Wayne Blondell, with whom she shared 41 years of devotion, family, and love.
She leaves behind a legacy carried on by her three sons: Matthew W. Blondell, Anthony C. Blondell, and Michael S. (Sherri) Blondell. Dinah was a proud and joyful grandmother to Anthony Blondell Jr. and Lilly Blondell, who brought light and laughter into her life.
She is also survived by her sister Joyce Scott, brother Jeffrey R. (Kristy) Kiser, and a large extended family of cousins, nieces, nephews, and loved ones who will forever hold her memory close.
Dinah’s life was marked by kindness, faith, and a deep love for her family. She touched countless hearts with her gentle spirit, her strength, and her steadfast belief in Jesus Christ. Those who knew her will remember her warmth, her compassion, and the way she made every person feel valued.
Her family takes comfort in knowing she is now at peace, reunited with Gary, and resting in the eternal presence of the Lord she loved so dearly.
The family will receive friends from 12:00-1:00pm on Sunday, February 8, 2026, at Mynatt Funeral Home Powell Chapel with Bro. Jeffrey Kiser officiating the service at 1:00pm. Family and friends will meet in Roseberry Cemetery at 3:00pm on Sunday, February 8, 2026, for a graveside service.
