Wilma Diane Wilkerson

Wilma Diane Wilkerson age 61, of Heiskell, TN. Went home to be with the Lord on Wednesday, September 10, 2025, surrounded by family and friends. She was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother who loved her family and attended Faith Missionary Baptist Church of Clinton. She worked most of her career at Girling Home Health Care as the Office Manager. Then went to work at Anderson County High School as the Secretary.

Diane was preceded in death by her loving husband, Jerry L. Wilkerson, parents, Wilma and Dan Phillips, and brother, Danny Phillips. She is survived by her children: Jerry Wilkerson, Shannon (Tosha) Wilkerson, Trisha Wilkerson, Jessica (Matt) Wilson, Anna (Greg) Kitts, and Rebecca (Jace) Brewer; 15 grandchildren, 3 great-grandchildren, sister, Darlene Hawk, and life-long friend, Sherry Whitaker.

The family will receive friends Monday, September 15, 2025, from 6:00 – 8:00 PM at Mynatt Funeral Home, Halls Chapel, followed by an 8:00 PM funeral service officiated by Reverend Larry Tilley. Family and friends will meet Tuesday, September 16, 2025, at Mynatt Funeral Home, Halls Chapel, at 9:00 AM and travel in procession to East Tennessee State Veterans Cemetery (John Sevier Hwy) for a 10:00 AM interment service. Serving as pallbearers: Shannon Wilkerson, Jerry Wilkerson, Greg Kitts, Jace Brewer, Matthew Wilson and Conner Wilkerson. Honorary pallbearers: Austin Massengill, Jacob Nelson, Lucas Nelson, Hudson Wilkerson, Jase McMahan, Tytus Kitts and Landon Brewer.
