Dexter Winston Mayfield

Dexter W. Mayfield “Uncle Dexter,” age 90 of Knoxville, TN passed away Monday, September 13, 2021. He was a former school teacher, avid photographer, and gardener. He is preceded in death by beloved parents Ervin (Nellie) Mayfield Sr. and brother Ervin H. Mayfield Jr. He is survived by loving nephew Joseph (Shonda) Mayfield, great-nephews Steven and Joel Mayfield, and great-niece Hannah Mayfield. The family will receive friends Tuesday, September 21, 2021 5:00-7:00pm at Mynatt Funeral Home, Fountain City Chapel with a private graveside service.
