Devion Lee Sweeley

It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Devion Lee Sweeley, age 32, of Morgan County, Tennessee, who passed away on August 14, 2025. Devion lived most of his life in New Jersey before moving to Tennessee, leaving behind cherished memories for all who knew and loved him. Born to Lisa Rocco and David Sweeley, Devion was a beloved son, brother, grandson, fiancé, and uncle. He is survived by his parents, his grandmother Patricia Sweeley, his fiancée Vivian (Katy) Wall, his siblings Kayla Colon and her husband Mike, David Sweeley, Brian Sweeley and his fiancé Rosiliynn, Matthew Rocco, and Zachery Rocco, as well as his niece and several nephews who will carry his memory in their hearts. He was preceded in death by his maternal grandparents, Diana and Ralph Rocco Jr., and his paternal grandfather, Floyd Sweeley. Devion was a true jack of all trades—a motivated and hardworking man with a passion for working on cars. He will be remembered for his dedication, determination, and the love he poured into his family and craft.

A celebration of life will be held in New Jersey, with details to be shared in the coming days.
