Debra Kay Neely

Debra Kay Neely, age 66, of Knoxville, passed away on Saturday, May 30, 2026. She was a member of Redemption Church of Knoxville.

Preceded in death by mother, Lula Bell Neely; father, Sam Neely; sisters, Rebecca Berry, Fay McFee and Rosa Rosado.

Survived by son, Richard Neely (Destiny); grandchildren, Blake and Brooke Neely; siblings, Brad Neely (Tracie); Rick Neely and Brian Neely; several nieces, nephews and friends.

The family would like to express a thank you to Shauna and Kevin Neely.

Friends may visit with the family on Thursday, June 4, 2026, from 5:00pm until 7:00pm in the parlors of Mynatt Funeral Home, Powell Chapel. Family and friends will meet on Friday, June 5, 2026, at 10:45am at New Gray Cemetery for a 11:00am graveside service.

Pallbearers will be Blake Neely, Chase Neely, Jesse Massingill, Chris Neely, Steven McFee and Kevin Neely.
