Debra Kay Sliger

Debra Kay Sliger, age 67, passed peacefully the morning of Tuesday, January 05, 2021. She was born August 10th, 1953 in Knoxville, TN to parents George & Ada Kitts. Debbie was a loving Wife, Mother, Nana, and Friend. She enjoyed reading and spending time with her family. She was an excellent listener and a believer in Christ. Left to cherish Debbie's memory are: her husband, Dwayne Sliger, her son and daughter-in-Law, Jason and Jennifer Norris along with her grandchildren: Tanner, Maddie, Joslyn and Jacksten Norris, siblings: Brenda Burchfield, Fred Kitts, and Wendy Selvage, numerous nieces and nephews, her two pups Squirt and Ruffles, as well as, friends & extended family. A graveside service at New Gray Cemetery will be held Sunday, January 17th, 2021 at 2:00 pm. We graciously ask that all attendees wear a mask. In lieu of flowers, a donation will be made in Debra's name to the Knox County Halls Branch Library.
