Deborah Lynn Fair

Deborah Lynne Fair, 70, of Powell, Tennessee, passed away peacefully at her home on August 2, 2026.

Deborah was a kind, compassionate, and deeply caring woman who always put the needs of others before her own. She had a generous heart, a warm smile, and a gentle spirit that touched the lives of everyone who knew her. She found great joy in her family and cherished every moment spent with those she loved.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Shirley Russell and Sidney Long, and her husband, Brian Fair.

She is survived by her longtime companion, Mike Ridge; her son, Adam Fair, and daughter-in-law, Lauren Fair; and her beloved grandchildren, Kennedy and Hendrix. She is also survived by her sisters, Deana Hetrick (Stephen) and Janet Bradley (Bobby); her brothers, Charles Long (Pam) and Carl Long (Alicia); as well as many cherished cousins, nieces, nephews, and dear friends.

The family will receive friends on Thursday, August 6, from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. at Mynatt Funeral Home, Powell Chapel, 2000 Powell Drive, Powell, Tennessee. A funeral service will immediately follow the visitation at 7:00pm with Pastor Matt Doane officiating. Deborah will be laid to rest at Sherwood Memorial Gardens on Friday, August 7, at 11:00 am with family and friends meeting at the cemetery at 10:45am.

Deborah’s kindness, selflessness, and unwavering love for her family will be remembered always. Though she will be deeply missed, her legacy of compassion and the love she shared with those around her will continue to live on in the hearts of all who knew her.
