Debbie Lyn Patriquin

Debbie Lyn Patriquin of Powell, a loving mother, grandmother, and sister, passed away suddenly on Sunday, September 28th, 2025 at the age of 68.

Debbie held a deep passion in Faith, Family, Cooking, and Tennessee Football. She was a member of Dante Church of God and was a lifelong devoted follower of Jesus Christ. Her greatest pride was her family, and she especially loved being called “Grannie.” Nothing made her happier than showing off photos of her grandchild to anyone willing to see. Debbie’s ability to cook with love fostered a sense of community with every meal. Her heart was as full as her kitchen. She found joy in cooking for family and friends, always making sure everyone leave her table with a full stomach, warm smile and leftovers. She also enjoyed cheering on Tennessee Volunteers football. Fall Saturdays were some of her happiest days, when often, she would be proudly wearing orange and white. Debbie will be deeply missed by her family, friends, and all who had the privilege of knowing her. She leaves behind a legacy of love and laughter that will continue to live on through those she touched.

She was preceded in death by her parents Billy Sam Worsham and Joan Marie Callahan; sister Deane Buhl. 

Survived by daughter Phoebe (Dustin) Hales; Beloved grandchild Theodore Hales; Siblings Daniel (Dena) Worsham and Joy (Phillip) Case; Nieces and Nephews Jamie (Kirby) Fuller, Matthew (Morgan) Worsham, and Joshua Morrison.

Friends may visit with the family on Wednesday, October 8, 2025, from 12:30pm until 1:30pm at Mynatt Funeral Home, Powell Chapel. Following the visitation, family and friends will meet at Woodhaven Memorial Gardens for a 2:00pm graveside service.

Serving as pallbearers will be Devon Hales, Dustin Hales, Dylan Hales and Matthew Worsham.
