In Loving Memory of David “Mark” Marshall Williams Jr. David “Mark” Marshall Williams Jr. was a man of strong Baptist faith who loved the Lord and cherished his family and friends. Everyone who knew him knew him as Mark. He was known for his funny, joking personality and his ability to make people laugh and smile. Mark had a deep love for football. He loved the game so much that he even tried out for the Tampa Bay Buccaneers. His love of football was a special part of who he was and brought him great joy throughout his life. Mark was preceded in death by his parents, Jimmie Lee Williams and David Marshall Williams Sr., and his grandparents, Paul L. Williams, Leona Williams, Norma Coursey, and Joseph Coursey. He leaves behind his sister, Jo Ann Shimer and her husband, Rusty; his brothers, Len Williams and Chris Williams and his wife, Kelly; his beloved granddaughters, Paizley Peters and Tessa McDougal, great granddaughter Jade Estelle McDougal; and many nieces, nephews, great-nieces, and great-nephews, along with many other relatives and friends who will forever cherish his memory. Mark will be remembered for his strong faith, his love of football, his sense of humor, his jokes, and the laughter he brought to those around him. Though he is gone from this earthly life, the memories and love he gave will remain in the hearts of those who knew and loved him. "Well done, good and faithful servant. "Matthew 25:23May he rest peacefully in the arms of the Lord.
