David Kyle “Bud” Jenkins age 71 of Knoxville, went to his heavenly home on Saturday, October 14, 2023 at 12:45 AM. He was a member of New Beverly Baptist Church.
He is preceded in death by parents Clyde and Lorena Jenkins; granddaughter, Kayla Foster; grandson Jordan Jenkins; sister, Peggy Ramsey.
Survived by loving wife Sheila Mae Jenkins; sons Michael Jenkins, Danny (Sarah) Jenkins; daughter Sandy (Mike) Higginbotham; grandchildren Casey (Kelly) Jenkins, Alisha Soper, Cody Foster, Jordan Jenkins, Danielle Jenkins, Angelica Jenkins, Jacob Jenkins, Taylor Jenkins, Neyland Jenkins, Joshua Jenkins, and Ella Jenkins; Zach and Lilly Fife, and several great grandchildren.
The family will receive friends on Tuesday, October 17, 2023 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM with a service to follow at Mynatt Funeral Home Halls Chapel with Rev. Eddie Sawyer officiating. On Wednesday, October 18, 2023, friends and family will meet at 9:45 AM for a procession at Mynatt Funeral Home Halls Chapel to Hinds Creek Cemetery for an 11:00 AM graveside.
