David Harold Greene

David Harold Greene, age 70 of Knoxville, TN, passed away on Jan. 10, 2026 after an acute battle with long time and short-term health problems. David was employed by Temkin manufacturing as a machinist for years, also past employed at Luxottica as a lens technician, Melaleuca Manufacturing, St. Mary’s and Baptist Hospital. Kmart and numerous other sites. David is survived by his wife of 30 years, Laura Menefee-Greene, Son, David Wayne; Grandson, Jacob; Grand-daughters, Haley J and Addison P. Two Great Granddaughters, Aria Rose and Isabella Grace. Preceded in death by Parent Betty and Harold Greene. Family will have a private service. A book will be available during the call at your convenience between 10:00 AM and 4:00 PM on Friday, January 30, Saturday, January 31, and Sunday, February 1, 2026, at Mynatt Funeral Home, Halls Chapel.
