David B. Carbaugh

David B. Carbaugh, age 57, passed away on June 17, 2026. He was a U.S. Army Veteran, as well as, an EMT and a fireman. Preceded in death by mother Karen and step-father Lawrence Chrisman, aunt Jane “Aunt Sis” Carbaugh, and uncle Roger Pearson. Survived by wife Diane Carbaugh, father Gary (Noralee) Carbaugh, brother Phillip (Candy) Carbaugh, step-sister Virginia Judy, step-brother Vernon (Darlene) Judy, and aunt LaRue (Joe) Bouchelle. Family and friends will meet at 9:45am on Tuesday, July 7, 2026, at East Tennessee Veterans Cemetery on John Sevier Highway for a 10:00am committal service.
