Crystal Kay Hayes (Johnson) age 45 of Knoxville, TN has passed on to the Father above on Friday, March 8, 2024.
She is preceded in death by her stepfather, Paul Williams.
Crystal is survived by her son, Robyn Hayes; mother, Robbyne Williams; sister, Pattie Messamore; and nephew, Robert Messamore.
There will be no services held at this time. In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to Mynatt Funeral Home to help cover funeral expenses. Online condolences may be left at www.mynattfh.com.
