For Our Beautiful Crystal Lee Carr - September 23rd, 1975 – October 3rd, 2025 - The Light of Our Lives
Heaven gained a beautiful soul on October 3rd, 2025, when Crystal Lee Carr, age 50, left this earth, leaving behind a legacy of love and light that will never fade. Though her time here ended far too soon, her spirit remains deeply woven into the hearts of all who were blessed to know her.Crystal was born on September 23rd, 1975, in St. Petersburg, Florida, where she grew up loving the sunshine, the ocean, and the peaceful rhythm of the waves. The beach was her happy place — a reflection of her gentle and radiant spirit. As a young girl, she loved spending time with her cousins and aunts, sharing laughter, stories, and memories that would stay in her heart forever. Those early days by the sea, surrounded by family and love, shaped the warmth and kindness that defined her all her life.
She faced her long battle with cancer with incredible strength and grace. Even in her hardest days, she carried herself with quiet courage and a heart full of love. No matter the pain or challenges she faced, she never lost her gentle spirit or her beautiful smile. That was the essence of who she was — unwaveringly kind, endlessly giving, and filled with compassion for everyone around her.
Crystal was the kind of person who could make anyone feel at home. She never met a stranger; every person she crossed paths with became a friend. Her laughter could brighten the darkest day, and her love had no limits. She gave without hesitation and loved without conditions.
Her greatest joy in life was her family. Being a mother was her proudest role, and becoming Mimi filled her heart beyond measure. Her children and grandchildren were her world, and she poured all of her heart into them. Every hug, every word of encouragement, and every smile she gave will live on through them forever.
Crystal leaves behind her loving fiancé, Scott Sands; her children, Aleea Roberts, DeeAnna Adams, Zakeriyah Roberts, and Ethan Roberts; and her beloved grandchildren, Corey Beeler, Travis Richards, Bentley Anderson, Jaxxon Anderson, and Toby Anderson, who will forever carry her warmth and love in their hearts.
She is also survived by her beloved mother, Sherrie Adams; her brother and sister, Dillon Adams and Mandie Stanley; her nieces Kinzie Lowery, Annabell Stanley, and Abigail Stanley; her nephews Randall Stanley and Gabriel Stanley; and her sons-in-law Michael Richards and Nathan Anderson.
In Heaven, Crystal is also reunited with her father, Tony Adams, who welcomed her home with love and peace. We take comfort in knowing she is surrounded by the same warmth and safety she always gave so freely here on earth.
Crystal’s love was the kind that leaves its mark forever — gentle, steady, and pure. Her kindness will echo in the lives she touched, her laughter will live on in the memories we hold close, and her spirit will forever shine in those who loved her most.
Though we miss her more than words can say, we will carry her light always — a reminder that love like hers never truly leaves us.
“Your wings were ready, but our hearts were not. We love you forever and a day, mama.”
