Clifford Joseph Lowe

Clifford Joseph Lowe, age 70, of Knoxville, TN passed away on Tuesday, July 15, 2025 at his home. He was a member of The Church at Sterchi Hills.

Preceded in death by his father, C.L. Lowe; mother, Earlene Lowe; son, Clifford Wayne Lowe.

Clifford is survived by his wife, Debbie Lowe; children, Mary Elizabeth “Beth” Collins (Travis) and Farrah Clark; grandchildren, Caleb Collins, Sydney Collins, Zoe Collins, Emelyn Collins “Emmy", Slade Lowe and Blake McClellan; siblings, Mary Jane (Lowe) Cloud, Kathy (Atchley) Maples, David Braden (Donnie); nieces and nephews, Hannah Maples, Andrew Maples (Lauren), Allen Braden (Janet), Jennifer Cloud, Jessica Missey (Tim), Jaclyn Howell (Matt) and David Braden; several grand-nieces.

The family would like to extend a special "Thank You" to special sister, Melanie Boring and their small group at church.

Family and friends will meet on Friday, July 18, 2025, at 6:00pm at The Church at Sterchi Hills for a Celebration of Life service officiated by Pastor Joel Dew.

In lieu of flowers, family is requesting donations be made to the Church at Sterchi Hills Youth Group.
