C.L. Gray

C.L. Gray, age 85, passed away on June 12, 2025. He was a member of Atkins Baptist Church and a long-time member of Salem Baptist Church. He retired from Tindell’s Building Supply where he worked for more than 40 years.

He is preceded in death by his parents, Clarence and Elsie Gray; sister, Wanda Long; daughter in law, Judi Gray.

He is survived by his loving wife of 66 years, Pat Goforth Gray; son, Les Gray (Tresha); daughter, Cindy Burns (Rick); grandchildren, Michael Gray, Taylor Gray, Jacob Burns (Macaiah); great-grandson, Sutton Cole Burns; siblings, Gary Gray (Sharon), Brenda Yarnell, and Linda Gray; special nieces and nephews; and special fur babies, Lynze, Lacey and Bentley. 

Family will be receiving friends on Sunday, June 15, 2025, from 12:00 PM – 2:00 PM, at Mynatt Funeral Home, Halls Chapel with a service to follow. Rev. A.C. Cooper will be officiating. Condolences may be expressed at www.mynattfh.com.
