Christopher Neal Harrill

Christopher Neal Harrill, 57 of Knoxville, passed away at UT Hospital on June 25, 2020 after a short battle with cancer. He loved helping others, drives to the mountains and his dogs Kit and Marley. He is survived by his son, Brandon (Amy) Harrill, daughter Jessica Harrill; mother, Peggie (Al) Sherrill; granddaughter, Adalynn; sisters, Pam (John) Davis, Cathy (Don) Perkins; nephew, Blake (LeeAnne) Traylor, niece, Brittany Davis; as well as several aunts, uncles and cousins. Family will hold a private service. The family would like to give a special thanks to UT Hospital/Hospice and to his second family/friends at Park 40.
