Charlotte B. West, age 81, of Powell, TN, passed away Monday, March 23, 2026, at Fort Sanders Regional Medical Center. She was the former owner of Flowers by Charlotte in Claxton. She was preceded in death by husband, D.C. Bonifacius. Survived by nieces and nephews.

Family and friends will meet by 1:30 pm Monday, March 30, 2026, at Woodhaven Memorial Gardens for a 2:00 pm graveside service.
