Charlotte B. West, age 81, of Powell, TN, passed away Monday, March 23, 2026, at Fort Sanders Regional Medical Center. She was the former owner of Flowers by Charlotte at Claxton.
Preceded in death by husband, D.C. Bonifacius.
Survived by nieces and nephews.
Family and friends will meet on Monday, March 30, 2026, at 1:30pm at Woodhaven Memorial Gardens for a 2:00pm graveside service
