Charles Norman Whaley Jr.

Charles Norman Whaley Jr., age 63, of Maynardville, Tennessee passed away December 19, 2025 at home.

He is preceded in death by his parents, Charles Norman Whaley Sr. and Edna Diana Whaley, and daughter, Amy Whaley.

He is survived by his loving wife, Jeanne, daughter Erin, brother Chris and his wife Dawn, brother T.J. and his wife Jennifer along with their children Chloe, Hannah, and Olivia, “His first brother” uncle Mike Evans and wife Amy and their children Cali, Joe, and Jack.

Chuck was an amazing family man and friend. A quiet and gentle soul. Always the steady hand and calm when life was falling down all around. Charles enjoyed helping others through the North Side Y, the FC Jaycees, various Volunteer Fire Departments, and being a Red Cross Instructor.

A gathering of family and friends will be set at a later time.

In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to Mynatt Funeral Home to help with funeral expenses.
