Charles W. Wines

Charles W. Wines, age 65, of Corryton, passed away November 24, 2014 at his home. He was a member of Bethel Baptist Church in Corryton. He was preceded in death by his parents, Bowden & Cloa Wines; three brothers J.C., Bill and Clay; two sisters, Betty Jo and Mary. He is survived by his wife, Debi Wines; son, Brad Brummett; daughter, Brandee Burriss; grandchildren, Caitlyn & Karlee Burriss, and Jakob & Coby Brummett; sisters, Rebecca Shropshire and Dorothy McMinn; and a brother Walter Wines. The family will receive friends from 6-8 pm Tuesday at Bethel Baptist Church, 8035 Clapps Chapel Rd, Corryton, with funeral to follow at 8pm, Rev. Tim Inklebarger and Rev. Keith Buckner, officiating. Family and friends will meet at 9:15am Wednesday at East Tennessee Veteran’s Cemetery on Gov. John Sevier Highway for interment at 9:30am. Pallbearers will be trustees of Bethel Baptist Church with whom he served with faithfully. Mynatt Funeral Home Fountain City Chapel in charge of arrangements.
